White Sauce
Original Chef: Brandon Mikulsky Ingredients
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp flour
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp other spices
- 1 cups milk
Steps
- Prep spices
- Heat butter in sauce pan over low heat until melted
- Add flour to butter and whisk to combine
- (optional) Spices can be added here for added flavor
- Stir until mixture is mildly brown. I don\u2019 usually time myself, but probably sometime within 3-8 minutes should be good?
- Maintaining at a low heat, add milk and mix (don't be afraid to be forceful)
- When your sauce is just slightly more liquid-y than you want, remove it from heat
