Mozzarella Pasta
Original Chef:Ingredients
- 1 pounds pasta
 - ¼ cups olive oil
 - 3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar
 - 1 lemon
 - 2 pounds tomatoes
 - 21 basil leaves
 - 1 pounds fresh mozzarella
 
Steps
- Juice and zest lemon
 - Boil water and add pasta
 - Meanwhile, in large bowl, mix oil, vinegar, lemon juice, and lemon zest
 - Add tomato, cheese, and basil to bowl
 - Mix to coat and let rest while pasta boils
 - When pasta is done, drain and add to bowl
 - Mix in pasta
