Custard Rhubarb Pie

- 1 pie crust
- 1½ cups sugar
- ¼ cup flour
- ¼ tsp ground nutmeg
- 1 dash salt
- 3 eggs
- 4 cups rhubarb
- 2 tbsp butter
Steps
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
- Whisk together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt
- Mix in eggs
- Dot rhubarb in pie crust
- Pour mixture over rhubarb
- Dot with butter
- Bake for up to 50 minutes
