Custard Rhubarb Pie

  1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.
  2. Whisk together sugar, flour, nutmeg, and salt
  3. Mix in eggs
  4. Dot rhubarb in pie crust
  5. Pour mixture over rhubarb
  6. Dot with butter
  7. Bake for up to 50 minutes
