Crepes

- ⅔ cups milk
- ⅔ cups water
- 1 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 pinch salt
- 2 eggs
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 2 Tbsp butter
Steps
- Mix water and milk
- Pour flour and salt into a bowl
- Add eggs and some milk mixture and whisk the flower into the liquid
- Gradually pour in reamining milk mixture, whisking steadily
- Add melted butter to mixture and whisk again
- Place a pan on medium heat and lightly coat with butter
- Once butter is sizzling, pour in 2 tablespoons of batter, spreading to the edges of the pan
- Cook crepe for roughly one minute, flip, cook for 10 more seconds, and serve
- Continue until batter is used up, adding more butter to pan as needed
