Buster Bars

  1. Boil butter, evaporated milk, chocolate chips, and powdered sugar, stirring constantly, for 8 minutes
  2. Remove chocolate mixture from heat and add vanilla
  3. Cool chocolate mixture
  4. Crush Oreo cookies and mix in melted butter
  5. Line a 9x13 inch pan with parchment paper
  6. Press Oreo mixture into bottom of pan
  7. Sprinkle pressed Oreo mixture with nuts
  8. Freeze for 1 hour
  9. Add softened ice cream above the crushed Oreos
  10. Freeze for 1 hour
  11. Spread cooled chocolate topping over ice cream
  12. Serve or freeze for later
